 | Receiving Your Membership ID Card | | You will receive your membership ID card at the store when you sign up.
You may use the card that very day and we will collect the points on your transaction. If you lose your card, you may get a new card by returning to the store, completing an updated form, and obtaining a new card.
We do not mail cards to members or accept sign ups via phone or email. |
